The Test Tower is a professional analysis and testing system for modern e-bike batteries – designed specifically for bicycle repair shops, service centres and specialist retailers. Its primary focus is on reliable capacity analysis, which allows the actual condition of a customer’s battery to be assessed quickly and transparently.
Thanks to its high compatibility, both e-bike Vision batteries and original batteries from the corresponding drive manufacturers can be analysed and discharged. Suitable adapter cables allow the battery to be easily connected to the device.
Battery analysis
In addition to accurately determining the measured remaining capacity, the Test Tower provides – depending on the specific battery type – further relevant battery data such as charge cycles, State of Charge (SOC), voltage, temperature, software version, and the estimated and actual measured capacity. A full capacity test from 100% charge to 0% usually takes only around 2.5 hours, depending on the battery size.
Software Updates
In addition, the Test Tower enables the installation of software updates for FUSIONe batteries.

The clearly structured PDF test report provides a sound basis for service advice, condition assessment and customer communication – quickly, transparently and in a practical manner.
Important: The Test Tower is a specialised system for capacity and condition analysis. Reading or clearing fault memory is not part of its functionality. The device is designed for discharging batteries and does not have a charging function.
The innovative technology of the Akku Vision Test Tower ensures that it is compatible with all market-relevant systems, including Bosch, Shimano and Yamaha. Initially, the system will be primarily compatible with Bosch, but regular software updates will extend compatibility to all systems on the market.
